TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of goods. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such as additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

London & Stone reserves the right to decline any order, for any reason so please double check your order before finalising the checkout, because once your order is confirmed, we're unable to accept cancellations.

All payments must be made at the time of purchase. All payments are securely processed.

Standard shipping cost $12.95

Estimated delivery in 3-7 business days

Express shipping cost $ 20.00

Free shipping over $ 150.00

Once order is dispatched, we cannot assume responsibility for any transit issues made by the postage provider.

Orders received over a weekend will be processed on the following Monday
Orders made on a public holiday will be processed on the following business day. Once order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking information via email.

We will be using Australia Post for our postage service and cannot guarantee arrival times of posted items.

REFUNDS

London & Stone does not accept exchanges or refunds due to change of mind, so please choose carefully. We take great care in packaging our crystals and we do not accept liability if damage or loss occurs due to the fault of the post.

All prices in our store are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take care to ensure that the images and descriptions of our products are accurate. We can't be liable for the difference in colour or appearance that may be attributed to variations in calibration of your computer or handheld device.

While we do our best to photograph the piece in it's truest form, colours may vary slightly. Please expect to find inclusions and beautiful markings within the crystal as they are all unique, these are not to be considered as faults.

CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product without notice. We shall not be liable to you for any modification, price change or discontinuance of the product.
